Today I had to review two of my Quality Technicians as a manager and I decided to review only one. I decided to do Dylan one as he is the oldest person in the office and he is the grumpy one 🙂
Don’t get me wrong, Dylan is a great lad and only problem that he have in developing and getting better salary and position would be his temper and communication skills. Do you think this is ok and positive review?
